Misión del cargo: The HR Operations Support Specialist is part of the Operations Support Unit under the HR Support Section of the HR Service Center. This role reports to the HR Operations Support Team Lead. The HR Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing specialized HR administrative support to CARE employees. This role focuses in one of the core HR services in the area of recruitment, benefits administration, personnel movements, on-boarding & off-boarding etc. This role handles employee concerns and requests requiring more specialized attention and processing.
